Welcome to tdg-cap.com, operated by Terra Devine Group (“TDG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, purchasing any digital product, or booking any consulting session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Overview of Services

TDG provides the following through this website:

(a) Digital products, including Excel-based real estate underwriting templates, available for purchase and immediate download.
(b) Paid consulting sessions, including deal review, strategic guidance, and related advisory services, booked through our scheduling platform (Acuity Scheduling).
(c) A deal submission portal for individuals interested in selling RV parks or mobile home parks.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this site or purchase any product or service.

3. Digital Products

3.1 License

When you purchase a digital template, you receive a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the file for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or claim authorship of any template or derivative of it.

3.2 Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files.

3.3 Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. If you experience a technical issue with a file (e.g., a corrupted download), contact us at admin@tdg-cap.com and we will work to resolve it.

4. Consulting Services

4.1 Booking & Payment

Consulting sessions are booked through Acuity Scheduling and paid for at the time of booking via Stripe. By booking a session, you agree to the selected service tier and its associated fee.

4.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

4.3 Nature of Consulting

All consulting services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. TDG does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

5. Deal Submissions

If you submit a deal to TDG for potential acquisition, you acknowledge that submission does not create any obligation on our part to purchase, respond, or enter into any transaction. Any information you share will be treated as confidential to the extent commercially reasonable, but we make no guarantees regarding confidentiality unless a separate NDA is executed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, templates, logos, and code — is the property of Terra Devine Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDG and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, any digital product, or any consulting session. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
